★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to find cloth for making clothing, curtains, ect. Some readymade clothing are also available on the ground floor and cloth crafts on the second floor. There are many plain coloured cloths (lycra, cotton, and such) but not many designed patterns ones. Available patterned cloths are not bad. There are tons of promotional cloths. No free parking, use coupons or parking app. Not many workers on weekdays, so expect a bit of wait for their attention when there is other customers around.

The item are not really new, some are old one
Do visit till the upper floor to see all the itwm
Otherwise price are bit expensive and not really competitive except a lot of variety available here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They currently have massive promotions on the first floor. Lots of variety to choose from. All quite affordable. There's this one Indian lady who was very attentive and patient with all of the customers' wants and needs. Kudos and a big clap for her! Respect ☺️
