★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shello! I'd like to give my genuine review about Kamelia Cosmetics. It all started when I want to surprised my good friend for her birthday. I approached Kamelia on Twitter and let the admin knows what I have plan. From the very beginning, their assistant is super responsive and the way she/he assist and reply to my messages are very friendly and welcoming ✨ Going through the process, payments and delivering the package, there are some issues but they keep entertain me with patience (eventho I banyak gila ragam). When I received the package, one of the lip matte is missing and I informed them regarding this. Immediately they posted out the missing item. Unfortunately the courier service they used was not efficient enough resulting in the delay for the package delivery. I reached them again and they offer a solution that for me gives the satisfaction as a customer. I strongly recommend Kamelia Cosmestics to all of you. Their products are the bomb and their customer service is even better ? Thank you so much ?
