★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall ok la..lantai tak berapa bersih..I stay at the 3rd floor saloma room..the water pump keep making noise until we couldn't sleep...called the helper but not picked up..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was very courteous and helpful, superb customer service.
However a bit of downer when discovered the WiFi is down, they told me it was the Service Provider fault.
Also there is quite a lot of mosquitoes, had to buy mosquitoes spray ourself. Perhaps the chalet could provide such item. Make thing worst is our room "Ibrahim" has broken plastic on the window that should have prevented mosquitoes from coming in.
Other than that this is our second stay here
Was quite impress by the theme of this chalet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room not so clean, dust everywhere, plus the management n staff not so friendly, book in Agoda, but pay at the properties with different price compared to Agoda. Staff said it was the old price. Not recommended. Better stay at different chalet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place quite nice. With traditional malay design. But the management must improve the cleanliness level. Room was a bit sandy when i checked in, yet the blanket and bed sheets also not clean as well. Supposedly it must be change before guest check in. The toilet also not clean and untidy. Got many hair from last guest at the floor trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just walk through this chalet. It looks like old & creepy chalet as they made of wood. And this chalet is double storey. If you don't like to climb the stairs please consider to find other chalet to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in 11/6/22 . It was a nice place , classic and unique but
1) Cadar x cuci , ada kesan kotor and sgt x kemas .
2) toilet kotor . Water heater function ok but the toilet bowl . Ughhh . Disgusting!
3) no towel di sediakan . Ada bilik yg ada towel tp nmpk mcm x cuci jugak
4) tikus can enter your room especially ground floor . I think the tikus is the vip here .
5) aircond x function. Ada bilik tv x function
6) receptionist is not available bat times . MIA all the time . Msg x reply , x jwb call . No proper help desk to ask for help . No proper management yg boleh check which one bilik kosong . We ask for room change sbb ad a tikus . Reply mcm kwn2 . Not professional . They ask us to climb all the way to the 3rd floor utk room exchange . Turns out , the room is occupied ! The worst experience ever ! Nsb x angkut baby naik atas lagi.
7) everything is dirtyyyyyyyyyy .
Not recommended at all .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay at this chalet with my family. Brings back a lot of memories as the decoration is very 80s 90s alike (so do bring your parents). The name to each room is really classic, just like the name of the chalet. Each floor have access to jacuzzi, however can only be accessed during day. Overall a very good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was not clean, the bed sheet not changed and have stains and hair. The toilet already broken and not maintain at all. If want to have experience i think can come but to come again, i will not recommended. The only good things here is the view and walking distance to beach. Overall experience is a bad experience for me.
