The soup base is as good as ever. In fact, the best ipoh horfun soup base I had. Full of umami and richness.
For this stall, its all about the soup. Noodle is good and ingredients are fresh but they are all pedestrians.
I ordered the $10 (extra ingredients) and it was such a disappointment, 3 small shrimps and about 5 slivers of chicken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a must try Gai Si Hor Fun in Johor Bahru! I would say the broth prepare can be go on par with the Ipoh famous noodle at Thean Chun. There are 3 different sizes for the noodle each price at different price (small, medium & big). The uncle will never be stingy with the prawns and chicken slices and those sides will make your noodle experience even better! Remember to go earlier on weekend as it will be sold out.
