My first visit the staffs were all friendly & helpful so I decided to come again the following month only to be served by two racist & super unfriendly people (one man & one female). I understand mandarin ok fyi, so you guys talking in “chinese” about me I DID UNDERSTAND. Next time, please SMILE & DO NOT SPEAK IN OTHER LANGUAGES OTHER THAN ENGLISH OR MALAY IN FRONT OF MALAY/INDIAN CUSTOMERS BELIEVING THAT THEY DONT UNDERSTAND YOU. Can’t believe there are still ignorant people like this. Just in future if I see these two people serving in front desk I will cancel my karaoke plan right away, better go to other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price wise, the special hours (1100 - 1800hrs) if I'm not mistaken, is cheaper. The price here is counted per head instead of per room. However, the price comes with free flow of drinks and and snacks. The room is also spacious. They also provide mic cover, wet tissue along with the snacks. Staff are really nice and friendly.
For the song list review, it's actually quite difficult to search as the screen board is a bit confusing. Korean songs are not so much updated. Got a few songs that don't even have lyrics in the video. I also encountered false lyrics in a video too. However, still okay for me.

It was such as hassle during registration as the person at the counter was been interrupted twice by the customers. I believe this karaoke doesn’t have enough man power.
We went in there and saw the bright pastel colour hallway, different from most typical karaoke in Malaysia. We went in to the room and see very cute design, very Japanese vibe.
What I’ve noticed; the speakers volume was too low even after we changed the music settings to the highest settings, the screen was okay, the extra instruments was trivial, only one type of tidbits and various type of drinks.
Hope the service can improve better.
