EDIT: Downgraded to one star. Was here on Aug 13th at about 1320hrs. Sign says they were out for lunch, with a phone number on it. Called them at 1322hrs, and they say their lunch time is from 1330 to 1430hrs. They only came back at 1450hrs! When asked, they said that they have their training manager in town and hence need time to entertain the manager. Speaks volume on what kind of organisation this place is! Such entertainment should be done after office hours and not during working hours at the expense of customer having to wait for them outside!
