★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mani&pedi service was excellent!!! I appreciate that... but the hairstylist there have burned my hair.. hairstylist not pro at all.. please improve your service as the charges are first class.. provide better service for hairstyling.. disappointed!!

Thank you Tia for giving me the Karva experience of treating and fixing my hair. I really appreciate the warm welcome and tips given. I only wish the best for your salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are nice. Service was ok. Results were not satisfactory. Some of the staff dont wear mask as well. Made me feel uncomfortable esp because we cant maintain distancing in a salon. They cant blowdry, cut, wash ur hair from 1 meter away. So they shud at least wear mask at all times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent! It's reasonably priced too! Such a lovely clean atmosphere with beautiful decor. The staff made me feel so welcomed from the moment I walked in. My stylist (Tia) was excellent! She gave me good advise and provided me with options.Thank you. I am so happy and will return!☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful, awful hair colouring experience! I provided a reference photo and video which was not followed AT ALL! The stylist did not communicate at all except to complain that my hair was too dark. Was ready to give up once the job was “done” and leave me with ORANGE HAIR. If you are a trained stylist you need to be able to set clients expectations realistically and PROBLEM SOLVE. It was not until I spoke up that she acquiesced and tried for a darker colour, which ended up horrible looking anyway. You cannot be charging such high prices if your stylists do not have the skillset to reflect that! Am now having to get my disastrous hair fixed at Toni and Guy, who actually demonstrate some knowledge of hair colouring processes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there. I have to wait for 30minutes from my appointment time because they have short of staffs. But theres no water served nor a sorry came out from them. Only after i said im getting late for my next appointment, then only they said sorry.
But the service. Are ok to me.
