Very good and friendly service especially by staff Ani at Cenang rental office who was very helpful, the car I rented had a bit of trouble with the lock and I drove it back to the office and immediately Ani helped solved the issue. Highly recommended for car rental company in Pantai Cenang langkawi.

β β β β β Good experience from beginning to end. There is no automatic booking but they responded quickly to my questions and arranged for dropoff at the Telega harbour instead of the airport which was great.
We had a minor incident damaging a tail light but Kasina managed the solution in a quick and fair way.

β β β β β Absolutely great service, got the car I booked (Proton Saga) which is great with 3 kids and loads of bagage. At the airport everything want great and smooth. The day we fly back the battery of the car was broken so nothing worked. They came to the resort with another car, fixed ours and we could take the new one to the airport. Great, great, great!

β β β β β Kasina offers an excellent car rental service. They are located at the airport as well as Pantai Tengah. I went to the Pantai Tengah location to ask about a 7 seater for my whole big family for a drive around the island and arrangements were easily made. The Toyota MPV was in great condition. Pick up and drop off were easily done because of their detailed instructions. I highly recommend them.

β β β β β Awesome. Rented this bad boy for only 100 MYR a day. Drove really well and wasnβt too bad with fuel. The staff were professional and friendly, and were flexible with return time and fuel. Canβt fault them and probably will use them again in Penang this coming weekend. Itβs a 15 minute walk from Cenang beach, and maybe 5 minutes from tengah. Very happy with this service

β β β β β I rented for 4 days during the Raya 2022. Toyota Vios we rented was a bit old but the car engine is well-maintained. The Chinese staff, nickname Coffee, is very friendly. The process of booking, taking and returning the car was very smooth. Will definitely return!

β β β β β Rented a myvi car at Langkawi airport and was assisted by Mazita. Very professional and friendly! Car is in good condition and Mazita did a whole complete check with us before handing over the car. Very flexible with booking as we changed our mind last minute to change from 1 day rental to 2 days.
