Best !!!!! Spacious and comfortable store, and 4 times repeat !!! Service from boss to employee is awesome and the food is crazy delicious. Best steamboat grill in town

There are so many things that need to be improved. I understand the new store is opened & the way of operation may not be smooth & orderly. But it can't be allowed. I also had to reprimand because this shop has potential. I have been working in a restaurant for a long time, so know a few ins and outs & gaps to fill. The star I share; 5⭐ but -1 STAFF Add staff. During sitting there for more than 2 hours, I rarely really want to see the staff there. I noticed there is a post by Kassim Baba on FB about vacancies, But the post does not include a salary statement. And that post was only made once. I didn't even see the vacancy banner at the store. The owner has to be right and try again to find staff, even though the staff is now good at multitasking. Most multitasking people are happy to quit work because they don't have a support team. Everything he wants to do. -1 FOOD Vary the food again. Sorry to make a comparison, eating near other places is much more worth the price they offer. Here RM 34 per adult head, but not many options very much. Sauce options, there are three; chili sauce, mayo & thai sauce. Add more! Thousand island, blackpaper, cheese. The chicken tastes bland & untouched. Not many types of choices. Probably due to uncertain customers coming, the owner decides to do what is right, to avoid wastage. Good but not for the long term. Need frequent marketing to balance the variety of food we provide. Slow topap food When opening a steamboat, don't expect customers to be calm like a hotel with a French song when eating, civilized and polite with a cloth on their thighs. Near any steamboat, customers are like zombies. Before opening the gate, you should have your weapons ready to face the zombies, and make the best defensive backup. I really won't have time for everything, just at least don't be like the picture below. I waited about an hour for fried rice, lamb refilled. Came at 7:10 smooth continue the fried part. 8 o'clock is only available. -1 DRINK Tea O Ice, Ice Syrup, Empty Water. How much capital for these three waters? Isn't it worth it for a customer who pays RM 34? Even though the capital of drinking water is not up to RM 2. Add more water as well. -1 DINING TABLE The table on which I sat the fan did not turn. Probably didn't notice. Takpa, repair & check always. Unnumbered table. Whatever your reason, the table should be numbered. Even if the number is upside down, the interaction between staff & customers will be easier. This review was made when I came to this place May 1, And will be edited again if there is improvement from you. I review based on 2 backgrounds; A customer who comes to eat & a person with an F&B background who has also faced these people. It depends on the owner to accept or not

Best hang out near here. Open air environment is very comfortable to relax and eat with family and friends. Although this store has just opened but so far satisfactory. The food is delicious, the tofu is good and friendly. Maybe in the future we can improve in the variety of Steamboat side dishes. Alhamdulillah satisfied. The best!
