 Near this counter there is a burger stall that is open at night only. The burger here is different from the others, if you don't like it, stop by tHE jai's burger, confirm your satisfaction .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I STRONGLY ADVICE AGAINST FROM USING THIS COMPANY BUS
Hari yang amat memeritkan... Bas sepatut dr mersing ke kl pukul 1 pm tapi bas datang pukul 1. 30 pm... Yg lagi teruk aircond tiada.. Nak rasa duduk dalam sauna bergerak selama 6 jam ke KL bolehlah.. Dimaklumkan panumpang terpaksa menunggu bas dr KL yang akan sampai ke mersing dalam pukul 3 pm untuk bawa kami ke KL... Macam ni ke sikap syarikat bus ekspress ni... Dah tahu bus ada masalah service lah dulu... Bayangkan kalau ada di antara kami ni samada local atau tourist dah beli tiket flight atau urusan lain pasti terlepaskan... Yang pelik tu dah tahu bas ada masalah tapi tiada usaha nak ganti gan bas lain seperti bas pelancong dll... Ni kami disuruh tunggu bas akan datang dlam pukul 3 pm.... PENGUSAHA BAS SILA PERIKSA BAS AGAR DALAM KEADAAN BAIK....
Syarikat sepakat liner memang tidak mejaga bas.. Mula mula dapat bas tiada aircond.. Ganti gan bas dafi KL.. dengan keadaan bas yg kotor.. Absober bas yg dah teruk.. Naik bas lagi teruk dari naik bot ke pulau Tioman...#SPAD PLEASE TAKE ANTIOC #SEPAKATLINER

The day was very annoying ... The bus was dropped to the club at 1 pm but the bus came at 1. 30 pm ... And again worse aircond no .. I feel sitting in the sauna moving for 6 hours to KL can be .. Informed passengers had to wait for a bus from KL that would arrive at mersing at 3 pm to take us to KL ... Okay to the express bus company's attitude ... Dah know the bus there was a service problem first ... Imagine that between us neither the local nor the tourist or any other flight ticket or any other business will be missed ... It's strange that you know the bus is a problem but there is no attempt to buy another bus like a tourist bus ... And we're told to wait for the bus to arrive by 3 pm .... THE BUSINESS BASIS PLEASE CHECK AGAR BAS IN GOOD CONDITION ....
The company agreed liner did not keep the bus .. Starting to get the bus no aircond .. Replace gan bus dafi KL .. with a dirty bus condition .. Absober bus bad .. Up bus again worse from boat to Tioman island .. # SPAD PLEASE TAKE ANTIOC #SEPAKATLINER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bas Dari TBS ke Mersing sangat teruk, bau dalam bas busuk. Driver bertolak lambat, tiket 11.00p.m . tapi bertolak dari tol kl 12.30a.m .Driver bas asyik main fon semasa memandu. Sampai hentian di jalan muadzam Driver tidur selama 2 jam 30 minit anggaran masa. Dan sampai ke Mersing sangat lambat iaitu pukul 9.15a.m. Bas buruk dan kerusi buruk. Harap pihak pengurusan bas ambil perhatian.
Bus From TBS to Mersing is very bad, smell in bus rotten. The driver leaves late, ticket 11.00p.m. but leave from 12.30a.m toll. The bus driver is busy playing the font while driving. Until the stop on the road The driver is sleeping for 2 hours 30 minutes estimated time. And reaching Mersing very slowly at 9.15a.m. Bad bus and bad chairs. Please note the bus management note.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not travel with them, i booked a bus trip to mersing for 8.45am departure (transglobal was at 9am but i wanted to get there slightly earlier for a ferry transfer for 3pm departure) i checked in at 8.15am and went to my gate, the screens had said that it was on time and then at 8.45am it said 'delayed' so i waited and no change, at 8.50am i went up to ask how long the delay would be only to be told it was cancelled at to go up to the counter for a refund. I ran to the counter in the hopes i could get on the 9am bus but it was too late. Next bus was at 11am which will get me into mersing at 4pm, one hour after my ferry left. Book transglobal, they are more reliable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor bus service. Old bus and aircond not function.. feel like sitting in a sauna. No initiative action taken by the bus owner to at least repair or replace the bus or any alternative action to resolved the problem and expected passengers to ride on the moving sauna for 5-6 hours from mersing to kl. Finally after waiting for almost 3 hours they send another replacement bis... again the replacement bus was so old and the suspension was so bad. Wobbly all the way from mersing to kuala lumpur. Riding on ferry from tioman to mersing is much2 better. Highly not recommended and possible to avoid riding any bus from this company #sepakatliner #SPAD please take note
Bas buruk dengan kondisi yang sangat teruk. Sangat tidak sesuai untuk membawa penumpang terutamanya untuk perjapan jauh. Kesepamatan dah keselesaan penumpang tidak diutamakan #sepakatliner #SPAD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased bus tickets through online to travel from Tanjung Gemok Jetty - Kuala Lumpur (TBS), but on the day of arrival, the bus never come! Later we were informed by the counter, there wasn't any bus from Sepakat Liner coming to Tanjung Gemok Jetty for past 2 weeks! Yet they are still selling the tickets online. In the end we bought another tickets from other bus company and we waited 3 hours in bus station for next departure
