★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuma satu orang sahaja di kaunter untuk menguruskan serahan. Kalau kebetulan datang tiada orang , cepat lah urusan selesai. Kalau ramai , tunggulah sampai lenguh kaki.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service, only 1 person handles everything. Finding the packages take a super long time too, very unorganized. Hope the service can be improved in the future. I suggest to have at least 2 people at the counter to be in front of the computer and the other one finding the packages.
