โ โ โ โ โ perhaps is good in workmanship, but the responsive is super slow. read already and no reply ,need to ask few time only reply ( it take few day after chasing). perhaps is end user is more urgent need solution rather then him in business concept. End up i not try him and swap other because of the poor responsive altitude.

โ โ โ โ โ They don't even bother to reply. Even if you can't accept to refurbish my furniture, at least be courteous and reply. Simple polite customer service isn't it? Work in a large corporation and see where this type of attitude will take you. Anyway, thanks for the silence. I got your message loud and clear. You don't even deserve 1 star.

โ โ โ โ โ I've engaged KC Chin's sofa refurbishing services for the 3rd time now. They have not failed me even once. Their quality of work is definitely a perfect 10, but what I love most about their team is their willingness to go the extra mile for me.
My latest job required them to finish refurbishing my sofa in record time so that I could ship it to Singapore in time for my daughter's wedding. In spite of having to comply with my transporter's earlier shipping schedule, they were still able to rush it out in time for the pickup, even turning down other orders to make time for my job.
I am truly grateful for such excellent customer services, the sacrifices made, the consistency in quality, and timeliness in delivery. Needless to say I would not hesitate to engage them again!
