★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overcharged me for a small basic bouquet of flowers! RM 110 for a mediacore flower arrangement- something that I could have gotten at 80++ elsewhere (checked prices online) I understand business is bad currently with the pandemic but it’s not fair ot cjatge customers so much. Also, specifically mentioned to her that I did not want baby breaths after knowing she’s gonna charge me RM 10 for a SMALL amount, but she included into the bouquet & insisted she did not hear me and with having to fork out that extra RM 10. Won’t be a returning customer!
