โ โ โ โ โ Nowadays Kdk Fans Poor Product Quality. Poor customer service, last week bought the New Fan their direct dealer. Now got noisy and very slow. I call the direct dealer ask replace. They ask call KDK company, they didnโt answer. Send email no reply almost 11 days gone. Theyโre poor quality seller.

โ โ โ โ โ Kdk Fan poor products and worst Technicians and Customer Services. I bought KDK fans last year 5 blade, now start extremely noise, I call for KDK customer service they ask send email. I email them 7 weeks ago. Now only they replied, the KDK Technician donโt have Tall Ladder to repair or replace the fan. Supposed the KDK service guy should bring repair or replace. KDK malaysia donโt have money to necessary things to service products. What kind of poor service center didnโt provide proper ladders to technicians.

โ โ โ โ โ IF you turn on fan 5 speed its look like 3 speed in current KDK FAN MALAYSIA. Kdk fans worst quality. They lost quality not like 15 years ago quality fan. The most worst KDK Customer Service, poor response. I requested 1 month ago my New Purchase Fan make lots of noise since fixed & itโs very slow 5 speed , but until now we didnโt get replace or repair. Now you know how their new products works and customer service & Techniqian works.
Donโt trust KDK Fans.

โ โ โ โ โ Great job by the KDK team! I reported my noise issue and the team settled it within 3 days. The chinese technician that came to my house is friendly and expert in handling the issue. He also told me that my other KDK fan is not balanced and is shaking slightly. Now all my fans are very stable and have no noise. Happy customer here :D
