Worst service ever! Booked appointment at 10.30am. arrived on time, waited till 12pm. Went down to check. Car still in parking lot. After complaint, then SC drove in for service! This is not acceptable. Upstairs lounge, no food due to puasa month, just sweet coffee. No tea bags, no biscuits, no TV, no WiFi...ladies toilet tap not replaced since Oct 2021. This keb only good when it started, then downhill from there. Typical proton. Pls go regal service if you can. Keb is not recommended at all.

1.no Queue numbers issued despite appointment made. 2.Took 3 hours to complete simple servicing new vehicle warranty maintenance. 3.Limited complimentary beverage provided,restricted to coffee and tea only.

There is a big problem with the efficiency of the after sales service in this branch. They openly admitted that there is a lack of staff, manpower and spare parts. Our X70 suffered from a EPB (Electronic Parking Brake) malfunction which, according to lots of X70 owners expressing their view online to be a inherent defect and design problem of the car. However, I am surprise why for such a common issue for the vehicle (being once of the best selling SUV) the service center requires up to 2 weeks to obtain car part. One hindsight, the service staff is friendly and helpful, but look very overworked and tired. We hope that 4S Center Sg Long can resolve this issue as soon as possible. Meanwhile, will hold back from purchasing x50 in fear of similar issue. My car was bought half a month before the pandemic and had only travelled for 20,000KM. This is the second time my car have to be tolled to the workshop. 1st time was a battery issue and this time the EPB.

Thank you especially to Ms. Theresa for documenting my insurance claim and repair. Also to Mr. Simon my sales advisor who still helping me out at first. Faster than I expected even it took around 3 weeks but so far so good. To Proton KEB overall, keep it up the good work and keep improving the loophole.

Not really good experience. I gave 1 star for the staffs' on the spot service attitude. Salesman should have mentioned that 3 FREE SERVICE is under 1 year and service staff should have mentioned it when 2nd time service. I called the service center so many times and no one will answer the calls. After finally got the calls for booking, no confirmation call from service center. Oh ya, no matter customer know or not, your staff should have mentioned that their mechanic will test drive the car for testing after adjusting balancing. I'm disappointed on the after sales service attitude and the time waiting for servicing my car.

No proper queue management system. People who came later was called first. A lot of service items are out of stock (filter, spark plugs). An elderly woman sitting beside me asked about her invoice, the way the lady Sales Advisor answered was not very nice and quite rude. I would have given this place only 1 star but because their Sales Advisor and Service Technician was very polite and helpful, I am giving it a 3 star.

I would give a negative 5 if I have that option. I made a booking at 9am and dropped by key to them after all the paperwork done sharp at 9am. I waited for 3 hours at the waiting area and no one called me to collect the car. Suspect something is wrong, so I decided to walk to the counter and ask. Surprisingly my car is still parking at the same spot where I left it 3 hours ago. 3 hours and they haven't even touch my car! I would avoid this place completely. Lousy management.

Location : abit tricky if using waze to come since waze will point to showroom nearby instead of workshop Service:my accident insurance claim handle by frontdesk lady name Theresa.Superb service .she really helpful to a point that u dont have to worry anything else the moment u give the key.i get constant updated via whatsapps (somehow its most fastest comm channel nowadays despite its informality). Duration:total fix took 3 weeks for my case.relatively OK as manage to use car during ramadhan. Quality:My 2011 proton accident and send here.after repair i feel like driving new car .the fix is not cosmetic only but inside functionality/ suspension & all .so yea quality met the expectation. Afterservice:As of today 2 weeks after major accident repair ,I still dont spot any defect . So overall i would say 5 star and recommended for insurance claim & repair job
