★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to feedback i have a bad experience when i visit Keck Seng Kangkar Pulai branch on 17 Aug 2019.
When i visit there, the customer service officer (Ms. Lee) never listen our feedback and just only repeated read the procedure she saw from her documents. After that she knew we are unhappy with her services, she stop serve us and put back our file and continue her work in front of computer. With such services, it make me feel very disappointed.
Luckily after that got another customer service officer (Malay girl, but i forgot to ask her name) serve us. She is patient and willing to listen our feedback. We are very appreciate her services.
