โ โ โ โ โ Just had a late lunch early dinner experience at Kecur. Yummy laksa johor, lontong n crispy chicken chop balanced with a mild sauce.
Friendly cook n owner Dee made it all a lovely meal.

โ โ โ โ โ The service was very bad and slow, we have to wait more than 60 mins for food even the drinks take around 30mins and when we asks for the bill before leaving the waiter actually has forgotten what did we ordered and asks us instead..
The indoor area can get very hot and stuffy and we did use the AC, one of the waiters checked with us if we actually switch on the AC and she took the remote and hide it.(fyi, it's already on before we were there). Not being sorry at all, so rude.
There are clearly a lot to improve here and I might not coming back for the second time with my family members
Owner not friendly at all, we reserved a table and late by 10minutes. He scolded me over the phone (even were two ways of communication and we did texts back and forth since a day before and on the day itself, I was on the way and confirming again that I will be coming)
Food-wise is average..

โ โ โ โ โ First, the service was really poor. They didn't have waiters to serve us. This lead to dirty tables and full of flies because the waiters didn't clear up the tables. They just put aside the used dishes. It was a very unpleasant experience. Secondly, we had to call for the waiters a few times. The waiters were actually running away from us. We had to chase them instead. Waiting time to get just our drinks was 45 minutes. After one and a half hours, we decided to give up since we still haven't been served our food. We've called out the manager and the manager was not being professional. We loved the small stall that they had in Sg Penchala. Everything was good there. Food and service were top notch. This new place is just a big nightmare. We wouldn't come again. Price has increased but the overall experience did not.

โ โ โ โ โ Cafe serving Johorean comfort food, tucked in a bungalow house in Damansara Heights. Easy access as the bungalow is located in front of a big quiet road. No signage, you could missed it and thought it is an occupied house ?

โ โ โ โ โ Was the first few people who arrived there when they opened. Went there for takeaway, service very slow. Maybe still new, still adapting. Overall food is superb. Hope they can improve on their service . Keep up the good work ?

โ โ โ โ โ It was mid Friday afternoon that brought me to this most talk about eating place at recent named Kecur. I knew what I like to have ... their Mee Laksa Johor. A lot of people had been raving about it. I seated myself outside, it wasnt sunny so it was pretty alright. They do have other picks. It was off peak, my order came pretty fast. Now I got to confess that the Laksa Johor is delicious. The noodle is done al dente and coated so well with the sauce. I like the taste of the sauce, aroma was lovely and sauce was dense. I like the crispiness of the well cut cucumber and the bean sprout, pretty fresh herbs was used to garnish the noodle. I also had a complimentary dessert pulut hitam which taste just to my liking. A large glass of ice tea to cleanse my palate and thirst. Love this place, full of comfort and lovely food. Venue located at a bangalow lot along Jalan Beringin Bukit Damansara.
April 2022 is going to be exciting !

โ โ โ โ โ Had a lovely lunch on a weekday in this bungalow turned cafe. Interior was eclectic, tasteful and cozy. There was no crowd when we arrived and service was prompt. We ordered the Laksa Johor and Nasi Ambeng. Both were delicious. I would have liked a slightly more generous portion of the laksa, to be honest. Would love to return and sample other tempting dishes on the menu!
