They prioritize food panda order. Walk in order will be prepared last.
I came and order, another person walk in and order, then the other walk in and order through counter. Then food panda order came (the familiar 'song'). All 4 orders from foodpanda made first. The person after me cancelled their order due to waiting for more than half hour and she need wait for another half hour because the original chicken is finished (when she place order, there's original chicken at display, but the shop give all to food panda order that came later than us).
Would not suggest to order here unless you have plenty of time to waste or you order through foodpanda.
We understand the shop want to maintain Foodpanda rating but at the cost of walk in customer.
