โ โ โ โ โ I had to give a 5-star review because this outlet rarely causes problems to me. There's always a parking space outside, the usual seating inside, and I usually bought the promo during the 15th and 30th of every month. Also, to the employees working there, make sure to check the expiry date of your dairy products. I prompted them a few months ago that their milk has expired a day or two, and they quickly took it out from the refrigerator. Good for you.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered prime honey roast set via grabfood.. tapi dapat ayam yang dah rentung keras & kecut, canโt even chew the chicken.. end up eating plain rice with soup because the worker didnโt even bother to provide a sauce

โ โ โ โ โ Food quality is good and consistent with Ayamas quality we have come to know over the years.
Although staffs of this branch tried being as professional as they could, unfortunately it is not up to par and there is a lot to be improved. This lack of quality in delivery of service maybe due to working under Ramadhan fasting conditions or the fact that almost every other Malaysian is about to celebrate Eid ul Fitri (Malaysia's Number 1 Celebration and holiday) during these last few days of the holy month of Ramadhan for 2022, but then, as with all other job requirements, these are factors/risks jobseekers are made aware of even before applying for the jobs offered. Therefore the inability to adapt to pressures of the job such as reflected in this situation is not acceptable given the benefits & convenience the employees received throughout their employment.
Therefore, it is still not too late for the staffs of this branch to buck up and improve their service because Ayamas company have already provided them with an internationally reputed products to sell to their customers ?... Please improve on your service professionalism and I'm sure a lot more people will become customers of this branch ?
