I described the nature of my hike and she suggested a bigger backpack to what I wanted but I ignored her suggestion. Went home and tried packing and hate to say this, she was right. She allowed me to change the bag to the bigger one that she suggested and even rebate me the price difference. A truly honest and respectable business woman and now a friend too :)
