2. Next day went pay and told the sales person on the order it's inverter aircond with a model number... All agreed...
3. Installer came with Non-inverter aircond ?
4. Called shop... Shop salesperson so lousy... Did not replace with correct model but mentioned will refund!
SERIOUSLY unprofessional shop to deal with..
Will never order from here again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and very reasonable price for my flat screen TV. Prices almost as cheap as online (about 3% more only) compared to some online sellers. But at least here you can see the models and someone to explain some of the features. Also delivered right before CNY. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with their attitude even towards old customers, giving lame excuse like box has been folded so cannot exchange products (even more expensive type), only a few brands are sold all this while and yet they don't have 1 extra box? What a lousy excuse not to exchange product... Even regular customers were treated for granted and promises are not kept. Newly purchased products become less durable now compared to last time... poor stuff & will advise others to reconsider if want to visit this shop despite cheaper price...
