โ โ โ โ โ Customer management on waiting for service is poor, I was confronted by another customer whom arguing that I have bypass his waiting time to receive the service. This happens due to the poor customer management that may lead to unnessary issue. For the sake of mannerism I have conveyed my apology to the customer and continue my journey back home. I hope the owner of will ensure for a better customer service management in future. ??
