★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most excellent Kong piah I've tasted. There was ample filling in each bun. Tastes excellent especially when it is freshly made. Even when it hardens, it can be heated up in a microwave oven for 30 seconds & it'll retain its original taste & freshness. During festive seasons like CNY, the buns are snapped up the moment they emerge from the oven. So you have to be quick to secure some.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never disappointed me. Still the best classic style, daily fresh made Sitiawan Gong Biang that loves by the local and visitors. They have various kind of Gong Biang but I personally love the onion Gong Biang the most.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To me, all the kom pian made from Cheng Li Biscuit store and its varieties including Hock Chiang piang are freshly baked and the aroma of the pian and its texture are just ideal to taste. Not too soft and not too tough to chew. Also, they are less greasy, in fact better than the rest of the kom piang stores in Kg.Koh and Sitiawan.

Operate in very traditional style to preserve the taste of the biscuit. Eat it when it is hot tastes good. When it's cold down, not as good as before.
