β β β β β equested to send at 11am, as my cust shop opens at 10.30am, but he send as early as 9am. My cust's staff have to purposely drive out to receive the flowers. The worst part is he doesn't feel that's he's wrong and doesn't even want to apologise eventhogh I told him I'm angry. He said 99% of shops open at 8am. Maybe those shops that opens after 8am are not his customer, or maybe can't be his cust. ??

β β β β β This shop catered to my urgent need wonderfully. I placed an order at 9 am and the flower for a funeral was delivered by 10 am. They were very responsive and provided free delivery- on a Sunday. Excellent customer service. Beautiful flower arrangements. Highly recommended.
