My personal review based on what I experienced here at dobi amira.I just want to honestly share so others will learn and be more careful -not getting the same bad experience as what i got in here. It was my very first time came to this doby coz usually i went to the bubble doby( gv 4 stars for this dobi) nearby mercato, enstek.
Ok. I went there.. sent my dress for dry clean which for ur information that dress cost around rm1000 coz its from rizalman
I went there and that girl there said that the dress only can be taken after 3 days. Its ok. I can still wait even weird why it took sooo long, .. ok after three days. I came and she shown me the dress and ask me to check the dress.but..never judge a book by its cover. Thats my BIG mistake here. Coz i trust her and just look for overall. Everything looks OK That time.
Buy unfortunately when i came back home and check again. I was soooooo SAD because all the button stich onto the dress damaged. And even i checked the skirt was not perfectly clean and the dirt was still there.. OmG. I was so suprised and wonder what the ... this people on earth.. u do business but ur not responsible and i think u suppose to tell me before i found myself. Im sure she knew about that sadly she didnt say anything about it,,.. I went to the other dobby last time she even fixed the dress for me after showing me the damaged that happened during the drying process...
