★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give half a star or zero, I would. This place says that the washer and dryer is able to carry 13KG. However, it isnt. After the washing was done, my clothes were sticky and dirty. I came to wash my clothes using Hot Water Temperature and found this instead. The Dryer didn't even dry my clothes and settings were medium heat for 40 minutes. Not only that, you cant even add your own soap into the machine. Notice max load is below the line. The water when it comes to rinsing, sorry washing. the clothes are not even soaked. Small little sprays of water are instead seen.
