But seller said can only make a report to poslaju and even ask me to directly check the status of the feedback by myself. Langsung takde rasa tanggunjawab. Message pun tak reply. Poslaju ask for the sender to made a claim yet they never reply to me how can I wanna ask them to make a claim. Packaging pun dapat rasa item dalam tu. Please la improve on your packaging. At least provide me some comfort as my money being lost like that. Tapi nothing .I being such a loyal customer to this store, but not anymore. To all buyers please be extra careful ya when buying your item online. I buy a lot item online tapi this one terkena and it was hard to get cooperation from them. So please please please be extra careful. Don't waste money buying item online because if something happen they don't want to be responsible for it. Hati hati. I dah terkena. I don't want any innocent person also terkena.
