★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really really bad cleansing service here. My wife came to this shop for cleaning her jewel, then the staff said it will take 15 minutes to do cleansing. Then, my wife came to take the jewel, she was shocked because the jewel lost its colour, then my wife asked, the staff said the jewel will lose its colour after cleansing, then my wife asked how to regain the colour, the staff said it need to be coated, then my wife said if coated, it will lose its original colour. My wife said she do cleansing at other shop last year, the colour never fade. This shop is a joke because the staff never said during we came to do cleansing. We will never come to this shop after this. Really bad service.
