★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perkhidmatan dan layanan amat teruk sekali. Transaction pembayaran juga mengakibatkan kekeliruan sehingga berlaku double payment. Dan malangnya saya perasan double payment berkenaan apabila saya membuat pemeriksaan melalui bank setelah keluar dari kedai, dan terpaksa utk berurusan lg pd keesokan hari utk double payment berkenaan. Tetapi alhamdulillah, kami telah mendapat refund berkenaan double payment berkenaan setelah pergi ke kedai dan bank pd keesokan harinya. (nasib kami belum fly ke sarawak lg).. Masalah ini, mungkin timbul akibat daripada sistem down. Justeru itu, saya meminta agar nombor telefon customer diambil dan di catat di resit pembayaran, as a reference if anything happen in future.
Malah terpaksa menunggu lama utk menunjukkan sesuatu emas. Lain budget yg di minta, lain budget yang dikeluarkan. Barang barang kemas, tidak juga dipamerkan dan memerlukan masa yang lama utk di tunjukkan kpd pelanggan.
Bagi saya, perkhidmatan dan service layanan dikedai ini, adalah teruk. Saya memilih utk tidak memberikan bintang. Tetapi had limit minimum, adalah 1 bintang. Sesiapa yg membuat pembayaran melalui kad debit, cek la transaction anda didalam kedai lg, spya tdk menghadapi masalah seperti saya. Staff juga tidak mesra pelanggan dan bg sy, staff terlalu sombong ketika menjawab soalan dari kami.
 Service and hospitality are very bad. Payment transactions also cause confusion so that there is a double payment. And unfortunately I noticed the double payment when I made a check through the bank after leaving the store, and had to deal again the next day for the double payment. But thank God, we have received a refund regarding the double payment after going to the store and bank the next day. (Our fate has not flown to Sarawak lg) .. This problem, may arise as a result of the system down. Therefore, I request that the customer's phone number be taken and recorded on the payment receipt, as a reference if anything happens in the future.
Even had to wait a long time to show something gold. Another budget requested, another budget issued. Jewelry, not even on display and takes a long time to show to customers.
To me, the service and service of this shop, is bad. I choose not to star. But the minimum limit, is 1 star. Anyone who makes payment via debit card, check your transaction in another store, spya does not face problems like me. The staff is also not customer friendly and bg sy, the staff is too arrogant when answering questions from us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau boleh, elakkan ke kedai ini. Saya mengesahkan seperti mana yg dialami pelanggan lain di google review ini, sekurang kurangnya pada 3 perkara:
1) tak display emas, alasan tak ada staff
2) janji siap lepas sebulan, tapi bila tiba masa, extend lagi sebulan. Lepas tu extend lagi. Sampai bila taktau boleh dapat. Kalau sampai setahun, org kedai boleh ambil kesempatan dgn melabur emas dpt untung atas angin lagi
3) masa nak letak barang, dia kata "ikut kak". Tapi bila kita bagi rm100, dia kata "kena bagi lebih sikit". Cara cakap pun tak menyakinkan dan tak hormat pelanggan.
If possible, avoid this store. I confirm as experienced by other customers in this google review, at least on 3 things:
1) no gold display, reason no staff
2) Promise ready after a month, but when the time comes, extend another month. Then extend it again. Until taktau can get. If up to a year, shopkeepers can take advantage by investing gold to make a profit on the wind again
3) time to put things, he said "follow kak". But when we give RM100, he says "we have to give a little more". The manner of speaking is not convincing and disrespectful to the customer.

Memang customer review cekik darah,terdapat unsur menipu dalam perniagaan,ramai review yang complain dari puji!
