 The service attitude is very rubbish. Customers still speak bad things about customers in the store. The boss and employees are all. The photo process is also very casual. Don't open a store unless you are ready to serve the needs of customers. Fire big ??

โ โ โ โ โ Passport photo : service has declined over the years. I've been coming for this service for many, MANY years now and I knownthe changes..
1. The helper doesn't let you see the pic taken untill the memory card is passed to the computer in front.
2. No editing of the picture whatsoever. Cropping of stray hair strands, no editing of tone/smoothening.
Also, they aren't friendly anymore.
That's a shame. After more than 15years of patronising this shop, today will be my last unfortunately.

โ โ โ โ โ the service provided is like the worst in this whole world. they are so rude and impatient. the photographer even judge about my looks ( which i dont think a professional photographer should do that to his customer ). please DO NOT enter this photo shop!!!! REALLY REALLY BAD experience. definitely not going back to this place anymore.....

The owner was so rude that he makes his own decision and never gives what the customer wants. Iโll never recommend this place if you wish to take a photo of yourself and create a memory. Trust me. It will be a bad memory.
