β β β β β Last Friday i went to this shop, asked them to edit and print my mother's pic about A4 size with frame. They did and charge me RM 175. Eventhough its expensive i was ok, i remind them to keep the copy, i told them i will be back following week to print more copies. The following week i contacted them to send me a soft copy, first they said PC spoil, all the photos gone. The i asked them to edit again then they said its RM 35 for soft copy and RM 45 to edit. How is that fair for your customer to pay again for your own fault not to keep the copy? Money is not a problem for me but i felt the lady boss showing dishonest and a lot ego. Will never go again to do bussiness with this kind people. Really dissapointed.
