★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get what you pay for. Far from being an averagely skilled barber shop, you can expect to pay RM5 for a haircut, provided you're also expecting a below average haircut. The guy (I can't even label da fella a stylist) doesn't listen to your requests, and shamelessly provided very poor craftsmanship.
If you're looking to get cheap service for a mundane backwash haircut, this is it. If you need to look presentable, look elsewhere. Personally, despite wanting to be supportive of local community based businesses, I would never come here again.
