โ โ โ โ โ Had my Casio sport watch rubber strap replacement here. He did by hammering couple times - handover to me 2 times after he was โdoneโ it was still loose. The 3rd times he showed a pin to me and say he had replaced this pin on my watch and this costs extra RM5 after everything was done.
I did ask why was I not being notified earlier and he says Iโm being โkedekutโ - stingy.
There were a few dented surface and hammer trace on my watch. This is absolutely disappointing.
It is not about the money but the professionalism and attitude from the staff I experience in this shop is just indescribable.
