β β β β β The keropok kering was a bit pricey but it could have been a seasonal thing. The rain could have caused difficulty in the drying process and short supply of fresh tamban fish due to the big monsoon waves.

β β β β β Another small-scale store along the Setar Terminal by the Ibai river near the junction with Gelugur Kedai road.
Apart from crackers and fish sausages, they do sell other traditional food and snacks.
Their large size steam fish sausages have strong odour, tasted chewy and a little too salty. Eat while it is still hot.
Tried their sardine (Ikang Tamban) and wolf herring (Ikang Parang) crackers. They expand well upon deep fried. Fishy smell and not overly seasoned.
Suitable as snack.
