★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical Chinese kopitiam. The curry noodle was OK. ..small serving but plentiful of cockles n small prawns. Pork innards soup also so so. Cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The laksa johor here is pretty good. If you love kerang(cockles), this is where you need to be and the dish to get when you are here. They will indulge your kerang(cockles) craving by just giving you the amount where you can have kerang(cockles) in every bite you took.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, explaining the crowd. Get ready to share table like the locals. The 猪杂汤 pig organ soup is the crown jewel here. Especially love the liver slices, super tender and fresh. I ordered extras even though I am not a big fan of such dishes. The laksa noodle is more like Singapore-equivalent of curry noodle so didn't hit the spot for me. Having said that, I think it's still not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popular breakfast destination. Difficult to get a seat, especially on restdays and public holidays.
There are 2 foodstalls in business now when it used to be 3.
The curry laksa stall and another offering pig offal soup are still operating while the popular kuay chap stall has moved to another part of town.
The curry laksa is good? and live up to its reputation. RM5 for a regular bowl, RM6 for one with added shrimps.
The pig offal soup served by the other stall used to taste good but standard has dropped drastically. Our order for 2 pax came with pig kidney, lung, liver, intestines and pieces of pork. Disappointingly, no slices of heart or tongue which is more to my liking. Cost RM18 together with 2 bowls of rice which I find is overpriced, considering this is Muar, known for its cheap hawker fare. Not recommended.
Update 9th Feb, 2021 : both stalls have since also shifted to a new location, just a few doors away bcos the original coffeeshop has been sold off to a new owner.

Kopi o was thick and full of fragrance. 4 stars
Half boiled egg was out of this work. Very delicious and egg yoke was solid and full of flavour. WOW. 5 stars
Toast bread just so so. Nothing special from other coffee shop. 2 stars
Curry laksa was delicious. Broth was well done and addictive. Ingredients was generous. RM5 per serving. 4 stars
