β β β β β Got my tyre changed here the other day, over all service is good and everyone is friendly, mainly deal with small displacement bike and kapcai, apart from selling host of new and used bike, variety of parts can be found here from oil and filter to exhaust and many more, the old sifu knew their stuff but their foreign apprentice bit lacking. It can get very hectic sometimes with the stream of customer coming in, but they tried their best to layan you. Not the most organised place but good enuf for what it is.
One special note:
Wheel balancing serving is available here if you are keen to do it. It is not available on the 3 other shop i visited around the area.

β β β β β Good customer service, yes. But I got a bad experience, kena charge RM500 plus for servicing my Rs150. Then the same problem happened after 1 month warranty habis. Got told that I need to change some other part. Might cost me another RM500. I think they use try and error method.

β β β β β I bought my first motorbike in Malaysia from this shop and they really looked after me. I think it's a good shop for sales and service. The owner is really pleasant and friendly and although he didn't speak much English and I don't speak Chinese, we still managed to communicate, sometimes sitting together talking for long periods. When I fell off my bike and took the bike back to him for repairs, he administered first aid and gave me a bottle of Iodine and some plasters to take home. Highly recommended business.
