★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Read the great reviews online so i was looking forward to get my bags repaired here and to give good reviews. I sent my bags a week ago and he told me to pick it up the next Saturday. My husband and I came the next week only to find that he didn't do anything to my bags yet. Even asked us to come the next day. We drove from desaru to johor bahru,of course we are not coming back. He said that he could finish it in a few hours. ? The finished work is somewhat mediocre. Probably send the bags to coach next time..

Sure enough the service was excellent. Took less than 10 mins to get the job done! Price was very reasonable.
Would recommend him to anyone needing such service anytime!!

Well at least the luggage runs another than before.
