โ โ โ โ โ My laptop's problem is only simple & small, worker is knowledgeable & helpful enough to solve it but worker wasn't careful with my laptop by putting other things on it & left scratches on the surface ?
It's ok, i am satisfied & will come again if any other problem arises because (1stly) my main problem is manageable, (2ndly) all my data & files were saved even naughty ones which he reacts secretly & professionally about it, then (3rdly) finished settling this in short amount of time ??
In my opinion, the only obvious demerit is the operation hours unlike any other normal business. Next time, i need to be precise & specific to remind the worker regarding the care of my laptop too ?
Hope others will support & give this bumiputera business a chance to assist u too in the future, thanks for reading ?
