Good location. Friendly attentive staff. Pretty fast service although crowded. 20mins wait. Only setback for me was I came for cat vaccination and the DR took the sryinge already loaded from a single door fridge. From my knowledge I felt it should be taken fresh from a sealed bottle. No way to know how long ago it was loaded. To make me more worried, the sticker on the vaccine card showed expired 3rd Dec and its 15 Dec today. DR informed me its a new vaccine but old sticker that they used. Hope its right. Maybe in future load the vaccine fresh for customer satisfaction. Im pretty worried if my cat has expired meds in him now ??

Years ago i took a few of my cats here.. and they always getting sicker after n some died. One of the cat had bad gingivitis and after i took her here, she gets better but after a while her condition worsen. Took her there the second time and the same thing happen. After that i took my cat to UPM vet and show her the medicine that the Dr gave. Turns out it was steroid! Of course my cat gets better so fast n worsen after a while. The UPM doctor give her different med and not just gave her steroid for easy solution. After that i only brig my cats to UPM vet which is way better and more professional and the price is more reasonable.

Despite some bad rep I've read about this Clinic regarding the policies about only accepting cats, I have to say that meeting and speaking with the Dr/owner left me with a very good and corrected impression. I had to turn to this place (originally as a last resort) recently to treat a stray cat found on the street and found that Dr Intan was very very helpful and passionate about all animals...both dogs and cats... If you need a regular vet for your dog, this is not the place as they will politely refer you to other vets.. If you need a vet you can trust for your cats, go to this one....

Went here today to send m cats for Medical Check Up and also flea check. The waiting time is quite longer than normal for me, I think it was around 30-40 mins to just wait for my turn and there were only 2 persons before me. But the service is okay and the doctor is also very friendly and I asked many questions(regarding my cat's health ; fleas, earmites, tapeworm and also about neuter) and the doctor patiently answered all them. The location is very convenient too bcos it's near to my favourite pet shop (Sifoo Pet Shop) which is only like 10 steps away.

My go to place to bring my American Curl for checkups and any issues. It’s conveniently located around 2 pet stores too, so during your visit you can also take the opportunity to buy some supplies. Anyway, back to the vet, the doctors so far are very friendly, experienced and caring towards our cat. We have never had a bad experience here. So far we have sent our car for vaccine, deworming, neutering and a few other small cases such as fleas. Would definitely trust them to fix your furry friend.

This Clinic has gone from good to bad to just plain careless, My cat was having an ear infection that lasted months and the diagnoses from the doctor was ' As long as she is eating , she will be fine' (mind you, I sent her there for three times already). I recommend you send your cats to another clinic that actually provides proper care and medication. Having said that, you can send your cat here for vaccination/neutering as it is quite cheap. For other chronic/repeated illnesses, go elsewhere.

This place is so weird. Pets owner cannot enter the treatment room during the consultation and everything only done through calls while pets owner waiting outside the premise. Cant imagine what they have done to my anak bulus. Its like taking your child to clinic but leave your child alone with the doctor???. I know the rules already sticked onto the glass but during this endemic time, the rules shall be obsolete.
