My car air con was not cooling since a week, went here, the old man said he'll have to check what's the problem and checking will cost money, he said probably the air compressor is damaged, I asked him to refill the gas, he did but the car was still not cooling.
Returned to kl and went to other shop, that person refilled gas and voila my car is cooling perfrectly and its been 2 weeks.
So beware of this shop!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me narrate my bad experience. When I took my car for air conditioning service, he took 8 hours to service it as he was servicing 5 cars simultaneously. As it was very warm, I shared their standing fan. When I got up, I saw the other partner kicking my chair away. The next day when I had issues, I went to see him again. The partner refused to allow me to park my car in front of his shop. When I asked the worker for the person who serviced my car, he looked at me menacingly as if looking for a fight. Very low tolerance level. I never thought sharing their fan could evoke such a strong reaction. The attitude is"Don't expect customer service here. If you expect any customer service, you can get lost." I don't need your business as I have enough customers.I won't even rate this workshop 1 star.
In contrast, when I serviced my car at Fujitsa Miri, customers could wait in an air conditioned room with satellite TV, newspapers and magazines. Milo and Nescafé were free. The friendly boss (Mr Kong) was even willing to lend me a car. My car was serviced in 2 hours. There were many trained workers and the charges were very reasonable. This is what I call 5 star service.
