★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the biggest mall in kemaman but honestly not as awesome as the other mall we can find in big cities like KL. The shops inside aren't really interesting but not bad. If you're finding for exclusive or branded stores like padini etc surely you'll never find one?. But yea still the local shops inside aren't disappointing. On the ground floor,you can find many clothing stores with affordable price. Even there are batik,silk and songket too. There are no restaurant in this mall,just a few small stalls that sell junk food and sweets like ice cream. If you're feeling hungry,there a lot restaurants outside you can visit. The parking are not really limited on working days,but during holidays, you'll sure wanna go early at 10 am . Mostly the shops will close from 12pm to 3pm only on Friday.

However this premise should upgrade their facility especially their parking lot and lighting.The escalator also require upgrade to the latest technology..Empty shop lot should be filled by shopper by lowest fees and to encourage and to make it Happening especially for Chukai town..Otherwise we will see Kuantan as our shopping point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This aging 4-level complex is still popular among local folk for The Store as well as the many shops and kiosks selling mobile phones as well as accessories... The first two levels are reasonably busy but as for Levels 3 and 4, these are like virtual abandoned zones...
Rumor has it that Center Point is now under new ownership, giving added impetus to assist owners with finding tenants for the two top floors along with sprucing up the dated interiors (the building does look fresh from the outside, thanks to a nice new coat of paint!)...

Mostly typical smartphone gadget shops on the 1st floor. Others floor offers haircut saloon, clothing shops, traditional supplements, goldsmith, vape shop.
