β β β β β Came at 1150am. Settle medication collection at 12noon. Very fast & polite frontliner. Efficient from numbering system up to dispensaries. Pharmacist explain well. Thanks hospital kemaman. Keep a good work attitude!

β β β β β This hospital is a joke! No sense of urgency whatsoever!!! Arrive to emergency room with an open wound and ripped off finger and all the staff is moving like snails! No wheelchair provided, they ask us to walk to x-ray by ourselves! What a joke is that??? With an open wound, without a finger on one hand, bleeding, u want us to go and find x-ray room ourselves? No one even bothered to clean up the wound, this is just the worst of the worst service in Malaysia!!!
