★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and bad attitude of the agent. When the KGF scaled down, the agent will keep asking you to top up with the so-called method of averaging down. Even we don't want they still keep pestering u to do so. After we don't follow the agent advice, they will stop sending u the share market updates which they normally did so before you opt out for such market info..
After the investor wants to do redemption or withdrawal, their attitudes really disappointing. Need customer go and pass the signed off form. Then the redemption process will be very slow until the extent your minor gain can turn into loss. Really not recommended for those prospective investor out there think twice.
