โ โ โ โ โ I had a few horrible experience with this company. I previously bought a water pump from here after being introduce by a friend. They sold me this particular brand okatz saying wonderful things about it. Now when I ask for simple spare parts like a capacitor they say don't have. Not even bother to ask wether can we order for you. One of the staff was rude to me. This is the kind of after sales service they provide. Beware.
