★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service and not hygienic at all. They never sweep the floor at all I guess. And even after taking orders, the staff never cleared the table which was dirty with left over dishes. Lady Waitress who took order was rude. The food took 40 minutes to arrive. And the spoon came five minutes later. Drinks and muffins never came at all. Overall totally unsatisfied. Will not go in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menu qrcode where not ready at tables, once the link gone we needto walk back to the entrance to scan again. We order mushroom sup, repeat twice. Staff recap the order, then I heard he did nt mention mushroom sup.. I said "mushroom sup ada?" he said yes. After waiting 15minutes the sup not yet received. We check the bil, no mushroom sup. I went and ask from the kitchen directly. The staff took order dont even say sorry at all. Will not come to Kenny Roger anymore after this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very polite staffs who greet every customer walking in and thanking leaving customers. Very hospitable! Singapore has closed all its KRR and I am pleasantly surprised to find it here. Quality of food is also good and affordable!
