β β β β β The workmanship of your new condo is very poor, the walls are not aligned. Sound insulation is poor too. Don't buy from them as they are not doing what they hav promised. The floor tiles they used are not new one too. It will cracked after few month of cleaning (less than half a year) . The management team they hired is not sophisticated, the condo is always lack of manpower. (cleaner and security). Overall this is a bad developer.

β β β β β WHOEVER RENT WITH THIS DEVELOPER PLSS U NEED TO ALERT!!!! THEY HAVE THE WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!!! IT TAKE LIKE 2-3 MONTHS TO GIVE OUR THE DEPOSIT BACK!! AND THEN ITS SO HARD TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM!! SOO UNPROFESSIONAL DEVELOPER.
