DO NOT RENT HERE.
GREEDY DEVELOPER, return the tenant's deposit ASAP.
You expect tenants to pay rent on time, hand in keys on time and agreement on time but what's been done on time from YOUR side?
MONEY- FACED "AGENTS" , TENANTS ARE BEING CHARGED TO PAY YOUR COMMISSION-DIDN'T DO JOB RIGHT AND DARED TO RUN AWAY FROM RESPONSIBILITIES AND ZERO PROFESSIONALISM THROUGHOUT THE RENTING PERIOD.
Do not even bother renting from private "agent" they would INSULT people after receiving money.
There are MANY complaints from different tenants but the organisation ALWAYS blame the management for any issues related to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (For airbnb user) Residence is good. It has good pool and gym. But if you will be here, you'll endure the loud sound from near car racing road. And you can grab a grab difficultly. Generally I dont recommend this condo.

Management here is unresponsive and lazy. the kenwingston own property will scam you for as many deposits as possible.
Things are poorly managed and maintained.
+ I have waited more than 1.5 month plus for my deposits to refund back to me. Again. The developer here is "Kenwingston Seven Up Sdn Bhd", you have proven yourself to be a scammer company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited Kenwingston recently, Rooms are really looking good. Some of the apartments which is having two bedroom and single bedroom.
For two BHK one room will be big one and other one will be a small one, This is what I have seen. I have attached some photos which I have seen in the balcony.
Those balcony is common for all in the same floor.
