★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dental appointment was treated by Dr. Wong...most outstanding treatment she gave me, a so humble doctor, communicating while treating just to relax me, informing what she"s doing and whats next.
Enjoying the treatment and suddenly she said "sudah habis".
Frankly never came across such a polite doctor. Really, she is so polite.
Well,.. as a whole most of the staffs there is polite as well. A good management will reflect and be translated to all staffs'.
Well, KUDOS to her, having her as your doctor, Kepala Batas Health Clinic will escalate the reputation of yours and KKM as a whole.
Thank you very much and I am fully satisfied with your (KKM) service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The government primary health care facility that caters for the wellbeing of local kepala batas community. Growing up in this town, I could see the transformation of this facility. It would be the common memory of the local folks visiting for childhood illness, health check for study and work, chronic illness and dental treatment. Now, there's zone-based family doctor concept for continuation of care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an astma attack, visited the clinic at 4.30. no other patients. In my 27 years of going to hospital and clinic, i have never waiting this long to see the doc and get my nebuliser. The nurses are busy eating and gossiping. The doc kept me waiting. I was supposed to get my nebuliser asap when i arrived, not be kept waited. WORST SERVICE EVER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So slow! Don't know what's wrong. Like there is no proper system established in the outpatient department. It took me 1.5 hours just to meet the doctor (with appointment). I am giving 2 stars because the doctor was really nice and good.
