★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i was one of the homebuyer of one of Kerjaya Prospek project and my decision was based on the previous track records and all the so-called-prestigious awards they have received but oh boy when we received the keys - we are utterly disappointed with the deliverables by Kerjaya Prospek. They landscaping, the cleanliness, the security, the lifts- ALMOST EVERYTHING are very poor - nothing lives up to its price. Don't even get me started with the attitude of their employes from the management office and KP itself. So if if you are thinking of buying their project - think twice or don't think about it at all.
REGRET is an understatement!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont Buy from them! I am a homebuyer in Setiawangsa and I can say their finishing is poor. I had over 100+ defects in my unit from hollow tiles to insufficients tiles on my wall. It seems like they have cut the tiles on a wrong angle bit decided to just leave it as is and consider the unit ready. The management they hired are also slow and unprofessional. It took them 65 days to fix the defects and to my surprise, I got back my unit with some defects they didnt fix and also new defects they caused by them. They dont even take the initiative to remedy this and its been 2 weeks and yet to get a reply from them. Dont be fooled by their "award winning" status, you would be better off with other developers.
