★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dirty and there is even no sink to wash hands with soap. The staffs are not wearing proper shoes and they used their bare hands to make keropok. Then I noticed that the same hand they used to 'uli keropok' also touch other things as well and play phone. One more thing, the hand gloves that they wear are the same gloves for the whole day ! Not even changing handglove when they stop 'uli keropok' and touching other thing
The nearby drain is very dirty and smelly. The bad smell really disturbed us because we clearly can smell the smelly drain while buying keropok.
I saw all staffs are sweating and I'm worry if their sweat fall into keropok. The stall itself is not hygienic and not following the quality control protocol. Many dust can be seen clearly on the sauce bottles and some of them also can be seen on the packaging of fried keropok.
They used a fan to dry the keropok but the problem is, the fan has many dust on the fan and it's very dirty yet they are still using that fan to dry the keropok ! Very dirty !
I will never recomment to anyone to buy keropok here because it's totally not hygienic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must go everytime i go Terengganu! Especially their fresh fried lekor, soft & fluffy! But on my last visit, I noticed they fry up the frozen vacuum packed lekor too, those dont taste as great as the fresh made ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you in Kuala Berang, you'll not need to go to Losong to get decent keropok lekor. This place has expanded over the years and offer a good variety of freshly made keropok lekor, each comes a sauce (a must have). Keropok keping/fish crackers available as well.
